You can still create a private room when you want to play with friends. Instant match is the option for times when you want to play but do not already have a group ready.
How to play with strangers in three steps
Open Dare
Download Dare, sign in, and choose the instant-match option.
Find available players
Wait while Dare looks for eligible players who are ready at the same time.
Play together
Write questions, answer your turn, and react with the room.
Anonymous to other players
When a question is picked, the writer stays hidden from the other players. The room sees the question, not the writer's name, avatar, initials, or profile. Dare may process internal account identifiers to operate the service, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and comply with law.
Other players may still guess from context, timing, writing style, or details included in a question. Avoid adding identifying information you do not want the room to see.
How instant match works
Instant match may consider eligibility, region, language, availability, game preferences, blocks or safety status, and prior interactions. A match is not guaranteed, and Dare does not guarantee that another player is safe.
Do not share contact details, addresses, passwords, payment information, or identifying details with people you meet. Leave the room and use available block or report tools if needed.
