Privacy Choices

Last updated: May 19, 2026

Use this page to make privacy rights requests, including "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" requests and opt-out requests for targeted advertising or certain analytics where those rights apply.

Make A Request

Email support@appdare.com with the subject line "Dare privacy choices request". Tell us which request you want to make:

  • Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising where applicable.
  • Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information where applicable.
  • Object to certain analytics, matchmaking-related profiling, or other profiling where applicable.
  • Access, correct, export, or delete personal information.
  • Appeal a prior privacy request decision.

We may need to verify your identity or ask for more information before processing a request. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or private game content unless we specifically ask for it.

For California requests, we aim to acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, with extensions where allowed. For EEA and UK requests, we aim to respond within 30 days, with extensions where allowed for complex requests. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

If you use an authorized agent to make a request, we may ask for proof that the agent has authority to act for you and may also ask you to verify your identity directly.

EEA And UK Rights

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and rights related to certain automated decision-making and profiling under Article 22 of the GDPR. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Other US State Rights

Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Maryland, Indiana, and Minnesota may also have privacy rights under state law, including rights related to targeted advertising, sale of personal information, profiling, access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeals. Use this page or contact us to exercise those rights.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the appdare.com GA4 loader does not load. Where applicable law recognizes GPC, we treat that signal as an opt-out request for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising on appdare.com. GPC is browser or device specific, so it may not apply inside the mobile app or across all devices you use.

Device And App Store Controls

You can also use platform-level privacy controls, including Apple App Tracking Transparency, iOS privacy settings, Android advertising ID controls, Google Play privacy settings, and push notification permissions.

Limits

Some processing is necessary to provide Dare, secure accounts, complete purchases, prevent abuse, respond to lawful requests, or keep records required by law. We will explain if a request cannot be completed or applies only to certain data.
