Email support@appdare.com. Include the email address connected to your Dare account if possible, your device type, app version if known, and a short description of the issue.
Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive documents unless we specifically ask for information needed to verify a request.
Common Requests
- Account access, sign-in, profile, or game-room issues.
- Safety reports, abuse reports, harassment, impersonation, or illegal content.
- Questions about purchases, subscriptions, virtual items, or rewards.
- Privacy rights, data export, correction, opt-out, or deletion requests.
- Accessibility issues on appdare.com or in the mobile app.
Safety And Abuse Reports
If you see content or behavior that may be illegal, abusive, unsafe, or against the Terms, report it in the app where available or email support@appdare.com with the subject line "Dare safety report". Include enough information for us to locate the account, room, message, or content.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Dare support is not an emergency service.
Billing And Subscriptions
Most app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can manage, cancel, or request refunds through the platform where you purchased. If you contact Dare support about billing, include the platform, approximate purchase date, and non-sensitive purchase details.
Privacy And Account Deletion
For privacy rights and opt-out requests, use Privacy Choices. For account deletion, use Delete Your Account. You can also email support@appdare.com with the subject line "Dare privacy request".
